    WNI are misers - they want BRM as cheap as possible. I for one am not going to pollute my portfolio with their worthless paper.

    Having said that if there is collusion by these companies WN may be in major breach of takeover laws.

    I don't know what happens next. I try to focus my research into ethical companies.
