I simply figure that everything that is on the cards is on the current governments card.
Where it doesn;t seem likely that the current PM will go, you never ever know until the fat lady has sung.
This might effect the decision that local and foreign investors might like to make, regardless of the unconditional agreements that are in place between ESI and Tincom.


Just my inkling...
There is always a reason for something - delays never come down to no reason and i figure this is the reason.

And when the PM is reelected, nothing should be in the way and conversly, i expect that as election is finalised and the PM's seat is assured, that ESI and Tincom will get the starting pistol, building up VicColdry over the PM's next term.

I'm probably wrong - bbj mentioned the white shoe brigade but didn't expand when invited, so i'm not sure of any reason other than the elections causing our delay
- just like it created unsureness and slowed trade in ESI when the Victorian elections were on here.
