I've been following 4DS for the past couple of months and caught up on all the PL history, my synopsis is all that's really happened to cause this dip is 1 x announcement that:
1. Cancelled cap raise at 0.65c (offered to sophisticated holders only) 2. Insinuated that PL5 (5th iteration of their tech) has not produced positive results.
Assume worst case scenario that cap raise was cancelled because the PL5 was a complete failure and tech couldn't kick on to levels hoped for, so big investors have pied the cap raise, and assume the tech level is reset to where it was after successful PL4 results, back to the drawing board using PL4 as a proven base, then where should the share price reset to?
If I'm tracking correctly, failed PL3 results took them back to 3c, positive PL4 results took them to 15c, and at present assumed failed PL5 results have them back to 4.6c ....such a brutal dip just doesn't make sense to me and feels like a major over-reaction making it a potential time for me to crack in, but it feels too simple, what am I missing?
(and I don't care about any of management's communication etc. or any of that rubbish - those things will go up and down, the true driver for me is the tech itself, I'm only interested in what I'm missing in relation to the tech itself and it's ability to either be commercialized at PL4 standard, or it's permanent inability to kick onto PL6 standard - or is it definitely doable and just needs a longer runway?)
