boysy1, ppp are trading below cash backing and whilst tui is in decline, it should still produce a positive cash flow for next 10 years.
I have been the major buyer so far this week as taking a substantial position ahead of the vietnam appraisal and might even buy more if price stays cheap.
the appraisal, even if does not confirm the 100m barrel field, it should still deliver at least half of that - this includes the updip section from 2009 drill.
what would an increase of 2.5m barrels to ppp reserves be worth to the sp - 10c? 20C? maybe even more.
of course a successful appraisal should deliver an even higher gain in the sp.
remember the field next door has premier all over it and their oil discovery is the same type of play that ppp now have 5% of.
buy as many as you can - IMO
