That is how you RAMP a stock.
Use of emotive language
Use of us vs them mentality
Creating a 'guru' aura through fancy language
Private messaging (on other forums) posters to encourage them to keep holding
Creating 'conspiracy theories' about what good information must be just around the corner
Belittling all those who disagreed
Making people feel 'good' for investing giving an emotional high that would be 'lost' if they sold out
