it appears there is a good chance AAR wishes to acquire MXR….both are in trading halts at moment and both refer to a hoped-for corporate transaction in their announcements.
Colin Petroulas has been buying up big in MXR and BCN…and BCN holds about 20% of MXR…
so maybe BCN is about to come into some money or a swag of AAR shares…
