JPow, I would normally not respond to such a negative post such was yours telling me "I have my hand on it". But your constant negativity leaves me no choice. I have held multiple roles as CFO of ASX Listed organisations. These have all had buy backs at some stage. When a company commits to a buy back it does not decide to turn it off whilst the share price is below its target. The current NEU share price is below its target. However, it must turn it off when the company has confidential information which the market does not. I refer you to ASX Listing rule 3.1. A company must disclose market sensitive information, under its continuous disclosure obligations, immediately to the market, save for 5 explicit carve outs. It's dot point 2 in those carve outs (under 3.1A.1) which I suggest you read closely; ○ The information concerns and incomplete proposals or negotiation Therefore, in my opinion, this is the current status within NEU. I may be wrong, so suggest everyone does their own and proper research. Back to your assertion that I have my hand on it. I'm happy to meet you anytime at the Steyne Hotel in Manly to "discuss"......but your wouldn't turn up.....because your keyboard is a safe place and the Steyne may not be that....
