Can I suggest you read ASIC regulatory guide 110 regarding buy backs and confidential information. As i said, buy back purchases when the company has market sensitive information, including where they rely on a carve out, is insider trading. I won't post more on the subject. All I'll say in conclusion is that I am very intrigued as to why the buy back has stopped.....
