Can anybody tell me if Kerry Stokes takes SWM private with 90% stake. What happens to the small 10% holders, do we lose money.
Would like comments from people who experienced that scenario in some other ASX stock, did you lose money or get some based on price day before the takeover announcement.
Worried this dog stock is not going anywhere and no dividends.
