All these same/similar discussions were had following the bake 3 oops & prior to the bake 3 "oh wait, it works really quite well, we just didn't know how to test" fiasco.
So, that was a technical unknown thing & not a managerial "d'oh, I have nfi" thing.
Assumptions that bake 5 failed are just that, assumptions. Opposing assumption is that bake 5 has worked so well it's requiring further, ongoing testing, yet benefited bake 6. Ting's area, I'll stick with the latter.
Facts however... well... fact is Mr Scruffy did some really unusual things, then SP plummeted.
Falling on sword time for Mr Scruffy, yet keep him out of Ting's way as he does.
