SI and GG (and possibly @Lopez and @otherperspective - I assume all the large Mesoblast Shareholders) had a secret meeting and discussed this, prior to announcing it:
The minutes to the meeting haven't been made available yet, as far as I am aware. Maybe Lopez and OP have a copy?
I think that GG and SI re-read all the MSB ASX announcements at that meeting (or maybe meetings - plural?).
Please note: GG is an "investor", "largest shareholder" and SI is "Mesoblast Chief Executive".
Are you suggesting they used ESP to work this deal out? Hmmmmm....interesting theory.
