Surprise, surprise, the "million share seller" is back at .20. I strongly suggest that our SP is being "toyed with" and be very interesting to see how many sellers are flushed out below .20 and how quickly they are bought out.

It is clear that someone does not expect any price sensitive news for a few weeks, but, expects some "positive" news later on and is probably maximizing this opportunity to top up as many shares as they can while the SP is at this level.
The fact that they haven't dumped "at market" strongly supports that view. Oddly, it is probably "good news" for LT holders to see someone doing this, but, will be a real pain for ST's.
