I am fine if it's 40.4% and not 80.6% stake held. It's confusing how they put it in the annual report 2024 (screenshot above).
Also, the daily share volumes have dried out. The volume feels like only the 10% shares are been traded around. I remember the average volumes used to 4 Million daily some years back now it's just 400K.
Also, the buyback thing kind of felt like a move to take it private. By reducing shares in the registry, his stakes increase indirectly.
Happy to be proven wrong.
Is it same number 618, 711,654 ( to confuse investors) held by ACE or SGH. Is it a different entity from Network Investment Holding. If that's the case he controls 80.6%
