The management of SBM would have been aware for some time now that this “review “ was in progress.
The fact that the shareholders where not informed that a “review “ was taking place should be more concern for shareholders , than the fact that it has been completed,
SBM would have been informed that. a “review “ was being undertaken by the PNG tax authorities and should have released a market sensitive announcement, which they did not.
The Company Secretary is clearly at fault and should be sacked forthwith!!!!!!!!!!!
