Watso, We bought a house twelve years ago for $91,100. We have spent over that time $6000 on maintance,we do all the management and selection of tenants ourselves.To day we will get more than $400,000 for it, as it is a duplex block. The best thing about property is that we can go on holiday and when we return three monthes later it is still there. Now with the share market you must be on the ball at all times.
