Tony there is no requirement or rule on the ASX requiring a Company to offer a board seat when a shareholder hits 10% (or any percentage). It’s normally something a company will do if a shareholder gets to 20% particularly if there are 5 directors or more (because they control 1/5 of the shares) however there are definitely no rules about it.
