    Hi all,

    The defence department sells houses with occupancy guarantees.

    http://invest.dha.gov.au/dha/

    Have a look at the houses in Queanbeyan. The best i saw was a whisker under 5% returns on brand new houses with a 15 year occupancy guarantee.

    Any thoughts?
