Fair enough answer mate.Nobby here in sunny New Zealand(ex uk Essex Boy) just made $60,000 on my rental which i had for just 6 months while i was buliding my own,great return i think.But your right about collecting the rent,a right pain in the arse. Friend of mine here in N.Z had 2 rentals,what a fkin mess.Went to call round for an inspection,kfc bones everywhere under the chairs,fly s*** everywhere,smell was fkin bad-they even found a rotting dog's body in the back garden. After that i think i'll stay away from the rental market and stick to buying Au$ shares!! Nobby
