Yes, there does appear to be a reasonable trade here based on cash backing alone. Cash looks to be somewhere between $14 mill and $18 million cash after DecQ is funded. With 1 billion shares on issue the maths is easy . AND management should get some kind of tick for raising $13 million BEFORE the results. AND are their drugs really worth zero now?
Garner bought $10,500 of stock, why couldn't it be $35k-$50k worth , $10,500 just doesn't pass the pub test for any sign of commitment to the company
