…..that was my thoughts too. Give the good news first. Don’t they have 4mil. In the bank? They could have made the first payment easily and once all of this was in place announced CR. Both announcements would have clearly helped the share price. As well as that the CR could have been around 10 cents or more. …..just my thoughts.
