If that’s not a screaming buy signal, I don’t know what is. So, thank you for pointing out just how absurdly undervalued AW1 remains. Also, with Donald Trump returning to the White House in 2025, we can expect a renewed push for on-shore commodity investments such as our Utah project.

Sure, markets don’t typically price in full in-ground values upfront, especially for advancing projects. But the glaring mismatch between AW1's asset portfolio—including the West Desert indium resource, Seal Zinc, Storm’s untapped copper potential, and other high-impact projects—and its rock-bottom valuation should make any rational investor sit up and take notice.

Instead of sweating over my analysis and nitpicking details, maybe it’s time to ask yourself the real question: why hasn’t the market corrected this disconnect yet? When the PFS drops and reveals the full economic upside, let’s see where the chips fall. Spoiler: it won’t be where you’re standing.
