please don't take this personally. I believe in calling a spade a spade.
I would suggest that an online referendum is not truly representative of the shareholders thoughts.
The only information to be gleaned from such an exercise is what an individual shareholder would like the sp to be in order to make a profit or make an exit from vil without too much financial damage.
I'd be happy to see the sp at 3.6 cents. That way, I'd be able to break even, excluding the loss of potential revenue if I hadn't been tied up with Verus for 12 months.
I would walk away from vil without a second thought if I could realize 3.6
It must be pretty obvious by the lack of responses to your thread that there's no inerest in giving these directors a free kick.
Please don't attend the meeting and give the directors that there is a snowballs chance in hell that this or any other (modified) future proposal will succeed, atleast not on my behalf
