    Correct me if im wrong... Flood impact is minimal...

    Has no infrastructure or exposed coal seams... All is safe underground...

    Its like a vacant block of land...

    Whereas companies in production will be the hardest hit... With losses to infrastructure and damage to mines...

    Good opportunity for entry here...
