Phil, whilst I'm just as confounded as many on WNI's raid, I'm not being so dismissive of their capacity to progress Marillana to production. These guys have obviously been working something in the background to see the mine through to production, I'm not sure who are the silent backers at this stage.

In terms of the takeover, how close are WNI and their supporters to getting the 50%? In addition to WNI's existing 23% they need another 38million shares. I don't think that the Singapore connections would have anywhere near that amount, but it would be nice to know.

Interestingly, the BOT is still doing its thing on the BRM buy/sell parcels. So it would appear someone is still accumulating.
