Even with all of the volume that has gone through, 38m shares is an awful lot for the beach road street party folk to have obtained. I would expect that the 5% rule is monitered by BRM in any event, so the breach may only just of happened.
27% of shares would need to now be in friendly hands to WNH cause for this to be a lay down misere.
