If I’m not mistaken (that means I’m not mistaken), Mesoblast has recently received a FDA approval for a P3 trial that was conducted and led by Fred Grossman. Itescu, Rose & Krause did the all important paperwork of course but the actual trial that all the paperwork and ensuing results were based on was conducted by Fred. Yet it was Fred who got the arse from Itescu and Rose thanks Itescu for his ‘leadership’ and Itescu says, we are a team.
Fred has not been quoted as thanking Itescu for his leadership and perhaps a little pimple could be found on Itescu’s tongue when he mentioned ‘team’.
