Why is a company with maybe as much as $16 million in cash trading at $7 million mkt cap? And trading there on massive volumes, 800 million shares, or 80% of SOI, have been dumped at that level.. Let's get to the bottom of that first, before reading into why directors are buying. Garner needs to give shareholders a guide to how much it will cost to wind down the trial early. My guess is it's more than we think, but under 1 cent downside maybe limited.
