    The Principal amount doesn’t compute as they owed circa $7m in principal and interest to 16.01.25. If you add the loans to Frank & Co, the total should be $1m more than the stated new principal debt. Unless of course they paid $1m in interest somehow? I suppose all will be revealed in the Dec qtr statement ASX release.
