the attraction for Acadia of doing a scrip merger with Neuren has just gone up, due to Acadia's price jump on inclusion into the S and P 600 index and the Australian dollar falling below 62c.
Perhaps Acadia might even consider offering a cash option as well, perhaps funded by Baker Bros.
