they should be able too as they are a shareholder and there contract is based on CLZ mining kat gap and if they sell kat gap that is a breach of the contract.
possible out come is . the 7 million dollars is to payout LDA and break the deal.
we all know the AU resources is dead as there website is blank and CLZ is no longer on there
