    To my knowledge FSE owns only prospecting rights. Sekoko owns all the mining rights so far conveyed by South Africa's DMR.

    Moreover, it was Sekoko that won the funding from IDC not FSE.

    My question is - what prevents our chairman from sluicing all future mining profits exclusively through Sekoko Coal Pty. Ltd. thereby leaving FSE and its shareholders out in the cold ?
