In my view PER is trading like that capital raise never happened . $8 mill mkt cap with double that in the bank is not typical. At this end of the mkt cash is king, and PER has cash if nothing else. It will rerate towards 1.5 cents at some stage and maybe a bit more if Garner can provide a path forward.
With 850 million shares having traded down here and a direct swap from sophisticated instos/hedge funds to retail traders , it will trade heavy for some first barring a second look at the data that reveals something positive (we can live in hope)
