    >instead of trying to make me out to be an idiot, it would be nice if you said thanks for informing you.

    >the reason why I posted it was because it seemed that some may be confused with regards to this issue.

    >according to the edison report, currently ccc mostly have less than 50% stake in most of the projects.
and when the mahasala acqisition is completed they will have a maximum of 74% in each of the projects - the rest is held by masawu investments.

    Sarcophagus,

I don't mean to be rude however what you have said isn't really accurate either.

Firstly in reference to you saying that ("CCC mostly have less than 50% stake in most of the projects") CCC in fact actually owns 100% of almost ALL of their projects. The only projects that they currently have that are not 100% owned are Vlakvarkfontein (60%) and Dewittekans (70% with option to buy 100%). The other 5 inclusive of Ferreira(CCC's cash cow) is 100% owned and also keeping in mind that Ferreira won't be 100% owned until the rest of Mashala has been acquired.

CCL/CCC actually have an agreement with Masawu whereby CCC take 100% of the revenue from all of their projects until the loan that was taken out with CCL/CCC for Masawu is completely repaid. Since Masawu didn't pay for any CAPEX the loan(or money owed) for their share of the CAPEX needs to be repaid to CCL/CCC.

Also CCC have acquired 64.1% of Mashala (the balance to be acquired this year) so CCC/CCL actually will be taking home 64.1% of the revenue to start with which is really 100% of the acquisition rights of 64.1% at the moment and once the loan is repaid then the percentage will then increase to 74% which by that time CCC/CCL will have another 1-2 mines producing revenue and things will be looking even brighter.

I haven't included Vlakvarkfontein in this equation also as that mine is currently giving CCC/CCL 100%! of it's revenue because it was already owned by CCC/CCL prior to Mashala and is totally separate to all of that. :)

The next quarterly is going to show some decent revenue figures IMHO.

    Hope this all helps?

    Cheers!

    Champ
