why give away 10,000,000 options?, page-22

As an oldtimer of GBZ' fortunes, I would like to add the following comments.
When I googled ?Greenday Corporation? and ?Peter May?, I found that Peter May is/was the owner of Greenday Corporation.
Some of us may still remember that Peter, until fairly recently, was the Chairman and one of the founding directors of GBZ. Before he suddenly resigned.
In the GBZ prospectus (2007), he was presented as a director of Greenday Corporate Pty Ltd (p18).
Greenday has been involved in most if not all fundraising exercises of the company in the past.
I wonder therefore whether statement (f) in the explanatory statement of Resolution 3, i.e. "Greenday Corporate Pty Ltd is not a related party of the company" is in fact true, considering the information above. It seems a very cozy and beneficial relationship instead.
