what i heard on the vine is its a buffalo project a group private investers, that what company called , the project its self is under another name but dont know where that is ,the only thing i could find that relates to that name is a private company call, baffalo oil company, in texas may be a long shot i think we will know very soon as tex would want to move fast to secure leases and more money to advance projects and another interests in usa , one thing i like to know the 23m shares place at 3c to somebody do they get the 1-8 rights issue as well ,as again strong buying on open =not long to go as buyer want in on placement ,
