This will be my last post on the TXN thread on trying to educate michael, if he wants can go on the AUT thread.

Michael AUT has 4 AMI's ranging from interests %10 to %39 so the % i used is heavily dicounted as most of their land is %35 and %39 interest. So the $190,000,000 is at the lower end of the earnings scale. Ive given you multiple reasons as to why AUT has a MC of $900mil, you on the other hand have no expanation as to why you think they are overvalued.

All your doing is just repeating yourself over and over again because you have no clue as to whats going on.

If you dont understand this, their is no hope for you.
