Definitely not a proposition for most facilities to buy two of them anyway.
Cheaper options won't be far off though from what I've seen.
Definitely Cu64 will perform better than the others when both are done on the same scanner type and second day Cu64 on LAFOV will outperform everything but my view is that a Ga or F18 on a LAFOV or the modalities in development with equivalent sensitivity wìll be hard to displace from their incumbency even in comparison to a second day scan on a SAFOV.
