Petafemto, I realised after my last post that of course there is a time element. If two inertial observers are separated by, say, 2 billion light years, then the observer is looking 2 billion years in the past. Then my eyes started to glaze over.
But, yes, I take your point that all inertial frames of reference include all times (apart from those in Adelaide who are in a weird time zone, LOL).
Will be interested to hear what you have to say after reading that paper.
