Given the total facts of what's go down, and that the ASX was lied to / misled, and that now the ACCC has the power to prosecute and investigate, one has to be very careful when trading RUM that the ASX /ACCC doesn't suspend it.
This stock would make an ideal test case / example to others of the effects of insider trading.
It would be good to see management do a sentence over this!
