    From the ASX Listing Rules Chapter 11significant transactions.

    I understand this requires a SH vote which requres a experts opinion on the transaction value fairness as this is seen as a major asset of the company that is being reliquinshished. Obviously we get to see what the experts report states and make a decision from there but the metrics that are out there at the moment don't instill me with enthusiasm for the deal.
