After all, the regulators of the stock exchange has as we all know made each company put out a
"DEALING IN SECURITIES POLICY"
Which RUM did as many others have on the 24th December 2010.
There is no excuse, they didn't follow their own policy.
The regulators maybe did this purposely?
Could be news lets see if they have teeth?
