Not sure that the ASX staff need to check company ann's before they are issued, or they would need a considerable number of extra staff, and the the aan's are often extremely market sensitive. I know it was mentioned but I am not sure that it is correct. Surely the PFS is ready, not sure why it has not been released. Maybe the fact that it is tied to a possible off take and funding agreement is the hold up. I am not holding my breath in regard to either agreement. Generally those providing the funding want some form of significant security guarantee over assets, over and above any off take agreement. As an example check the DVP agreement, recently released regarding their new Woodlawn mine.
