They were expecting the CR, like most of us and the CR to be at a reduced price is my bet.
There could be some working on trying to get out. They bought expecting a lower price to get out post CR.
Didn't happen, now they want to exit?
Probably some here were hoping to buy in on a lower price post CR expecting maybe a 30% or more discount.
