you are glossing over the a couple HUGE difference between the two companies.
one has a future even at current spot prices one has zero future unless the spot price doubles.
one has a very achievable capex cost little over 100 mill one need over 1/2 a billion dollars.
one can scale anywhere its needed anywhere in the world one can't.
there's lots more but you already know that. yes both have had bad runs yes both managements are being well paid whilst the SP declines. Only one has future currently and its not your dog
