Skase How can you justify selling a capital gains tax free asset and pay rent, in order to put the money in the sharemarket? OK, you say you're making thousands a week, but that puts you in the top tax bracket. I can't see the logic of this. You expect the housing market to crash ( 50% was it?), but again how do you factor in the 45% rise in building costs in the last 2 years. I don't think this is a winning strategy in the long run.
