This chart is obviously angled towards larger companies, but I see what you're getting at, particularly with Keast now at the helm.
The stock has been consolidating for at least the last month since the capital raise was announced @ 2c, looking to have touched the bottom and head back over its CR price of 2c in the coming weeks
Whilst the delay in the sale of it's 21% stake in IDSB isn't ideal, you would imagine that the sale is close to a formality given that IDSB themselves are looking to buy back the 21% stake in their own company. The only query, in my opinion, is
WHEN the sale occurs.
Also interesting to see that Clee Capital have now LOADED up in another stock in an eerily similar position (minus the threat of VA) to OVT.
The stock,
1TT, is also coming off a long time low base and beginning to find volume the last couple of months.
Clee Capital have raised $1.7m there in the last 3 weeks through a CR & were underwriter on the most recent entitlement offer, EXACTLY what they did with OVT.
It could be one to watch for those who have made money on OVT and are looking to follow the $$$$$$ wherever it goes.
