"massive gaps left on the down-side."

Not so sure about that. It looks like lots of gaps, but they have either all been filled, or pre-filled. And of course, there is no law that says ALL gaps must fill. That is just a probability thing. There are also gaps known as breakaway gaps, that rarely fill.

Now, as a TA person mainly, I look at that PDN chart, and see Bolly bands that have been squeezed together, as I posted a few days ago, and now a breakaway in the upwards direction. As anticipated and posted. :) Don't you just hate a smartarse? ;)

PDN is in a very nicely established uptrend now, with all the EMAs lined up and spreading, the Guppy MMAs fanning out nicely, the ADX system showing an uptrend that is just starting to increase in momentum strength. All the ducks are lining up nicely.

And with the U308 price now up to $66/lb, PDN is really sitting pretty, and it is not out of the question that it could get back to the $10 level, now that it has considerably expanded its footprint with recent acquisitions, etc.
