In hindsight absolutely as I believed for quite a long time what the company was saying.

Things like "we are adequately funded to achieve our commercial objectives". Oh good, must be time to load up more shares........ I did.

Things like "profitability by June 30 2023". Oh good, must be time to load up more shares........ I did.

One of the problems is the company puts out numbers that allow you to play around with possibilities. They allow you to think big things are imminent.

Where are the big things from Agrichain?
Where are the big things from eBev?
Where are the big things from FSCO?
Where are the big things from Carpet Court? Wasn't Carpet Court alone meant to get the company to profitability?

Now the CFO has walked out after it was suggested profitability would be reached a year and a half ago. The latest 4c actually showed cash and cash equivalents dropping by 3.3m leaving 4.8m in usable cash. You have options given to the debt warehouse funder instead of fees paid. You have the Limepay cost base coming onto Spenda's books for the full December quarter. Limepay was not profitable or otherwise it wouldn't have been flogged of for pennies on the dollar. I can only assume they failed to raise more funds and had no choice but to try and get bought out.

The other laughable thing is that the CEO stated in the recent webinar something like "I don't want to be diluted any further" when asked the question about future CRs. Yet they continually dilute everyone else by taking their salaries as shares to save on tax lol, well and the fact that the cash reserves seem to be dwindling.

I'm praying to the god almighty day and night that everything will be ok and everyone will somehow make their money back. Help us all pretty please Mr Jesus. Are you out freaking saviour or what?
