Given that it isn't public knowledge, it is safe to assume that you are affiliated or employed by Andy Zhang in order to have this knowledge. At this point, why not just acknowledge your affiliation as well?

Anyway, to summarise for those playing along at home:

Wenjun 'Andy' Zhang operates Alpha Professional Holdings which now has 15% of AHF through the recent capital placement.

In return, AHF agreed to bring Mutree in as AHF's exclusive distributor. Andy Zhang also operates Mutree. Zhang's affiliation with Alpha Holdings and Mutree were not mentioned anywhere when these were announced on 6 September.

Andy Zhang is also appointed non-executive director of AHF. The new CEO is Zhang's former COO from AZ Global (Zhang's main company which delivered major, costly distribution failures at A2M and BUB).

At this point I am not sure why anyone would even be discussing Peter Nathan's leadership characteristics because, when the ownership and management structure is considered, it is clear that this business is run by Andy Zhang. If you invest in AHF you are essentially investing in him and trusting his ability to sell the inventory. Regarding the claim that AZ Global is a '$400M powerhouse' - do you have a source for this valuation?

Has anyone laid eyes on the 'M2C app' that is being promised as the main avenue by which AHF's product will be sold?

"Mutree Science and Technology Limited will become the trade partner for AHFsupplying online supply distribution platforms (M2C APP), which is a unique proprietary cross-border and general trade e-commerce platform, with the core purpose of providing high qualitygoods from around the world to Chinese consumers."
