re: sophisticated ??? Lets just say the money was needed in a hurry for the next step.

This was NOT planned and was done at such a pace to satisfy a more pressing requirement..hence being done at 22c.

Lets agree the "investor" at 22c thought it was a unique opportunity.

I cannot emphasise the "hurry" aspect enough.

Its back in Genner's hands now.......and he is taking a pen!
